HOPE Center requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked lesson or Discovery Session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are charged at the full session rate (or counted against a monthly subscription entitlement).
Same-day changes may be considered in genuine emergencies at the tutor's discretion, but are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions: unused sessions within a billing month are not automatically rolled over unless agreed in writing.
