Monthly subscription plans (Studio €220, Premium Mobile €300, Online Monthly €120) provide a defined number of weekly private sessions as described at the time of enrolment, plus any stated extras (e.g. Practice Club access for the Online Monthly Plan).
Billing: subscriptions are payable in advance for each calendar month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Term: subscriptions renew month-to-month. To pause or cancel, provide written notice by email at least 14 days before the next billing period.
Missed lessons under a subscription follow the 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled within the same billing month subject to availability.
Price changes: HOPE Center will give reasonable notice before changing published subscription rates for continuing families.
This agreement is between the paying parent/guardian (or adult student) and HOPE Center. It does not replace applicable consumer rights under French law.
