HOPE Center is a youth-centered music education service. We collect only information needed to schedule lessons, communicate with parents/guardians, and deliver teaching (typically name, contact details, student age/level, and relevant learning notes shared by the family).
Parental authority: enrolment of a minor requires consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents remain the primary point of contact for scheduling, billing, and progress discussions unless otherwise agreed.
Communications: we contact parents/guardians via the email (and optional phone) they provide. Students are not contacted independently without parental awareness, except during a supervised lesson context.
Photos & media: we do not publish identifiable photos or recordings of minors without explicit written parental consent. Placeholder imagery on this website is not of current students unless labelled otherwise.
Data: inquiry emails and lesson notes are used solely for providing HOPE Center services. We do not sell personal data. To update or request deletion of contact information you have shared, email emmaasuquo87@gmail.com.
Special needs: information shared to adapt lessons is treated confidentially and used only to support the student's learning plan.
